Ultimate team Co-op Rivals.

Hello everyone. 
Me and my friend, we recently bought fc26, so we can play together and have fun. In the first 2 weeks we played together on ultimate team co op rivals. All worked out, and it was good.

Lately, we tried playing again on co op rivals, but we get the message “A player has unclaimed rewards wich must be claimed first”.

The thing is, we have all rewards claimed, but the game still doesn’t work. 
I do have a question and also a suggestion about this. 

Is there something to be done? Can someone from ea please remove this thing in the next update? 
We might not be the only ones getting this error.
