Can’t claim grey evo HELPP been 2 months FC 26

Hey I haven’t been able to claim a evolution I think I was awarded and it’s been on my claim section for 2 months now so I have not been able to open packs or basically get any new players apart from ones I buy. I have about 40 packs waiting to open if anyone can help please do or send me In the right direction I’ve missed all the promos in that time the last card I packed from a promo was future stars. I’ve added a pic to what it says when I go to claim it
