Gain new Playstyles in manager career mode

So the latest patch removed the glitch to make temprorary playstyle a permanent playstyle+ which just sent me actually. The fact EA haven´t implemented the ability to gain new playstyles naturally in manager career mode is just plain lazy. Fix it, it seriously cant be that difficult. We already have the ability to gain temporary playstyles. So maybe, if a players makes the same pre-match training drill for a number of times, then maybe they could actually turn that temporary playstyle into a permanent one. Of course, I know EA will not listen and fix this cause they won´t gain any cash by improving an offline game mode. Thanks anyways.
