getting banned by EA because of Winter wildcards players

I was playing on Friday night which the new promo for ultimate team started, I started playing at night and bought the new card which is claudia pina, then on saturady morning, that I got banned out of nowhere beacsue I bought a card from the transfer markey and it has been a week since I did an appeal, this problems effected alot of players wheather it was a transfer market banned, coin wipe or full ultimate which I was affected by it too, I have been playing games from ea since 2012, I followed every policy on the game, but just like how other players were effected by this banning error, I was affected too. I have been spending time and money on the game, and I want my issue resolved because it was a ban by accident from the automated banning system.
