Given loss from Draft disconnection

I was disconnected from an FC 26 draft game 5 seconds in at 0-0 and it counted as a loss. Extremely disappointed as my team was amazing. I paid for the draft using FC points too. 

Spoke to multiple people from EA and none of them could help me or give me compensation. This is basically stealing from your customers. How does EA run their company like this?? Absolutely ridiculous
