I need EA help please

I woke up on email from EA says that i got a permanent ban for cheating I submitted an appeal and its been 3 days and there is no response from the TOS i really did not do anything i did not cheat ...

If you've already followed these steps to create an appeal, you're on the right track. Our Terms of Service team will reach back out once they've completed their investigation, so please keep an eye on your case history page for that response.
