I need your help EA

I woke up on email from EA says that i got a permanent ban for cheating  I submitted an appeal and its been 3 days and there is no response from the TOS i really did not do anything i did not cheat ...

an appeal can take up to 10 days to be processed. We cannot do anything to change that or push your case forward.
