Ideas from a very long time career mode player

Hello EA team,

I am a really passionated career mode player for over more than 10 years. So I think I can say, that I saw a lot of bad developments but some good as well. I read a lot of things online about the early FC26 players and I have to say, that you guys really have to change some things!! I will start with the most important ones and I think you can fix that quickly:

1. Development-plan for training free kick: it’s so annoying that all of the youth players are totally useless because we can’t train free kick skills with them, just with the balanced one which takes too much time!
2. bring back generic national teams: I was shocked that you remove New Zealand too without saying nothing! We have a very poor list of 28 national teams left, that’s sooooo bad! Give us the national teams with generic kits and the flag as emblem like in older games. This can’t be a licensing thing, Konami put it generic leagues and clubs as well, so you can do that with national teams!
3. let us have 9 subs on the bench instead of 7.
4. fix the bug with the wrong emblem on goalkeeper kits when you create a club!
5. let us make our own pre season with friendly games like in older fifa games! 
6. Remove the limit of 15 years in career mode!
7. please give us the chance to edit the generic players like youth players or pre - and regens. Would be a game changer when we can change hairs, beards and tattoos! 
8. to see statistics from 5 more leagues is a good start, now we want to see all statistics from other leagues for a deeper scouting!
9. make a youth league instead of this short tournaments! Love the chance to play with my youth players but a league system with statistics would be better!
10. give us the chance to buy youth players from other teams!

Please EA please! Career mode from EA is my favorite game and I hate that so many good things aren’t in the game anymore and put down the fun factor.
