If Football Manager can why can’t fc26 have it

So I saw that some players that were in fc25 (women) but aren’t in fc26 because the transferred to teams in the wsl2, I read on google that football manager did officially licensed them. 

just a thought that maybe should include the wsl2 if your gonna have the wsl in the game.

There are other leagues that could be considered but this is the main one for me
