Inactive Screen

Whats the point of having limited entry to tournaments, if your going to be forced to waste some. 2 Games in a row of the new Finale tournament I had to back out because I had the inactive screen even whilst I was playing. I have lost out on almost half my attempts for this tournement, doesn't really seem fair
