Issue with Transfer Market – Unable to Sell or Claim Won Bids (PS5 Version)
Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the Transfer Market on the PS5 version of the game.
The problem is that I am unable to sell any players. Additionally, when I place a bid on a player and win the auction, I cannot claim the player from the Watch List. The system does not allow me to proceed, and I keep receiving errors when trying to access or manage items in the Transfer Market.
I have already waited 24 hours as advised, restarted the game and my console, and played Rivals matches to stay active on the account. However, the issue is still not resolved.
What is strange is that the PS4 version works normally on the same account, and I can access the Transfer Market there without any issues. The problem only occurs on the PS5 version.
Please review my account and let me know if there is any restriction or temporary ban affecting the PS5 version. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
