The way the pitch looks will differ based on a number of factors so uniformity is not something that is guaranteed. If you have video of what you see in both modes that would be great.

I don't have any videos of the issue as of now but I feel that the picture and the info in my post explains everything, it looks like kind of the weather setting is set to "cloudy" instead of "clear" automatically when playing champions/friendlys or something to that effect,
again not a huge issue but I am quite certain this is not intended, basically in previous FC/fifa titles whenever I played a game in champions, the lighting was always the same as for example when playing a squad battle game and selecting night time 22.00 for example and weather "clear", the only difference when playing away vs home was things like the pitch pattern if the opponent had it customized and not using default, but the lighting was always pretty much the same as far as I remember and can see from old videos (at least not washed out / dark like it is now in fc 26)
i've been trying to test different time of day and weather settings in squad battles and I can't replicate the washed out look that I get in champions and friendlys, indicating it seems to be some custom time/weather setting that to my guess is not working properly or as intended at least,
in squad battles, moments, and rivals, the lighting seems normal on night time matches on my stadium, but in friendlys and champions there is this washed out/cloudy kind of look, no matter if my stadium or away stadium,
another weird thing, in friendlys my match ball is not being used, but some default ball and some players for example like 87 rated icon Miyawa have different boots in friendly matches compared to other modes, in friendlys she gets white/red boots and other modes solid red boots, not big issue either but just wanted to mention that since it is kind of weird,
perhaps the developers could double check what the default weather/time of day setting is for champions matches or something like that, or just compare how squad battles/rivals/moments look at night time / clear weather compared to whatever is being used for champions matches, for friendlys it does not matter as much I guess even if it would be nice to have it fixed there as well,
anyway I'm certain something is not right somewhere!
I could try make some videos like you asked but i'm not sure how it would show the problem more clearly than what I already described,
perhaps you could tell me what time/weather is default for champions matches currently, since we can not see or change this manually, and then I could compare that to a squad battle match with the same settings when playing at home on the UT stadium for example,
this would be a simple way to see the discrepancy on your guys end as well I think !
