market ban, infuriating FC26 problem

I am asking EA to take a serious second look at the Transfer Market restriction placed on my account for alleged coin trading or distribution.

I did not buy coins, sell coins, transfer coins between accounts, use a bot or autobuyer, or participate in any form of coin distribution. I do not even have a second account. Every coin I accumulated was earned legitimately through playing FC 26 and trading cards on the Transfer Market.

Over the course of the year, I became very good at identifying undervalued cards, purchasing them, and reselling them at market prices. Toward the end of the game cycle, I was making increasingly profitable trades. For example, shortly before the restriction I purchased a Virgil van Dijk card for approximately 350,000 coins and later sold it for approximately 1.7 million. That was not a coin transfer. It was simply an exceptionally successful trade between unrelated market participants.

EA should have access to the transaction history necessary to verify this.

I also purchased approximately $300 in FC Points during FC 26, in addition to purchasing the game itself. In fact, one reason I purchased FC Points was specifically so that I could preserve the coins I had worked to accumulate legitimately.

I invested an extraordinary amount of time in FC 26. Learning the Transfer Market became part of the game for me. I gradually developed a successful trading strategy, and I was proud of becoming good at it. Being punished precisely because that legitimate strategy became unusually successful is extremely discouraging.

I understand why EA needs systems designed to identify bots, coin sellers, coin buyers, and other forms of market manipulation. But those systems also need to distinguish prohibited activity from a legitimate player who simply becomes very good at trading.

Please have a person review the actual transactions on my account rather than relying solely on an automated determination. If EA believes I engaged in coin distribution, I respectfully ask that you identify the transactions or conduct that supposedly constituted that violation. I am confident that a genuine review of my account activity will show legitimate Transfer Market trading, not coin distribution.

FC has received a substantial investment of both my money and my time. I would like to continue with FC 27, but I cannot justify spending more money on the franchise if legitimate success within the game’s own Transfer Market can result in my account being penalized.

I am therefore asking EA to correct this mistake, remove the Transfer Market restriction and any associated violation from my account, and ensure that legitimate trading activity is not treated as wrongdoing going forward.
