Match settings not saving properly

I’ve noticed another issue with match settings not saving properly.
After a few matches, the “Professional Foul” option in the rules menu turns off by itself, even though I had it enabled before.

Additionally, the pitch type setting resets from my chosen option (e.g. Default or Custom) back to Natural Grass automatically.

This happens randomly after playing several games, both offline and online (Kick-Off and Career Mode).
It looks like the game doesn’t consistently remember saved match settings between sessions.
