More realistic injury system

Injuries don’t feel realistic. Injured players are never taken off the field by the medical team, and even after using all five substitutions, an injured player can still remain on the pitch.

Suggestion: Make injuries more realistic by showing the medical team entering the field and carrying seriously injured players off on a stretcher when appropriate.

If a team has already used all five substitutions and a player is unable to continue, that player should leave the field and the team should finish the match with 10 players, just like in real football.

 This would add much more realism and emotion to important matches.
