Not rewarding for casual players

So recently I have started to play the game more casually (not a very good game anymore). And I saw that there was a live event for a new evo, so I tried to complete all the objectives to unlock the evo. However, I have noticed how big the skill gap is between people that spend hours and hours per week on the game and people the play every now and then. I don’t think of myself as a terrible player but even then I struggle on fut champs and rivals and being locked out of an evolution because I struggled to get 12 wins out of 20 in a live event doesn’t really seem fair for people that don’t play the game every day. Don’t get me wrong there should be better rewards for better players, yes I get that, but giving better players in the game way better rewards and not compensating someone that can’t spend hours and hours trying to improve seems unfair.
