Opponent cancels match while I am losing and it doesn’t get registered.

The entire company you have blood on your hands I tell you. You are the biggest scammers there is. I keep on winning and opponents cancel and match doesn’t get registered. Can I kindly get my refund for this game because this is just absurd. If anyone know if I can legally even get a portion of my purchase price. This will definitely be my last purchase. I am not complaining about losing or the competition but when an opponent cancels at least give me win. I have dozens of videos of this happening. But I know you don’t care because my frustration is what 000000.000001% out of your millions of people who play. You have bloood on your hands.
