in the past I’ve had a message from pulsar saying they’ve seen it, and was then fixed. Seems like if they don’t comment on it themselves then it’s unlikely to be fixed.

It’s a job/workplace like any other so I imagine it’s not the fault of individual agent, but wish they would be more transparent about when issues have been seen by them. Doesn’t really give you an option other than to tag people until they respond.

Do you really think it’s possible to move forward year after year and make things worse? I also find it unbelievable that there’s no response from the Community Managers, especially considering that the FC26 reveal trailer literally said “WE LISTEN TO FEEDBACK!”

You should be able to determine how many players you want to go up for corners at different points in the game, eg a goal down with 15mins to go, you might want to have six players in the box; a goal up with 5mins to go, you might only want to put two players in the box. That should not be a difficult concept for EA to sort out...
