Pitch Wear in Career Mode

I don't know if this bothers anyone else but for me, it completely ruins the immersion in career mode. I'm talking about pitch wear. For the past four years, career mode players have been unable to adjust pitch wear. After only 8 games into the season, pitch wear starts to become noticeable and gradually gets worse as the season progresses. Those who pay attention to real life games will observe that pitch wear is a thing of the past. Most teams are able to keep a spotless and fresh pitch from the start till the end of the season. Some players might like the pitch wear but EA should at least give us the option to choose if we want it or not. I decided that I will not get EAFC 26 this year if the option to turn off pitch wear isn't in career mode because career mode is the only game mode I play. It seems like a minor thing to add into the game so I can't understand why the devs can't observe it if realism is what they calm to produce smh.

You add an authentic game option which I thought great, a more immersive real life experience. But no… you okay the game and as always the pitches turn brown after 10 games… 

Honestly how is this still happening, who on earth is responsible for this and why are they still employed by EA… pitches should be perfectly green throughout the season and if you wanted to know what it should be like do a career mode with Real Madrid, their pitch doesn’t have pitch wear but every other team I’ve played with has a Sunday league looking pitch by January.

Stop lying to customers telling them “we listened” because you didn’t.

Pitch wear is still killing career mode 6 years later champions league pitches look like Sunday league this needs to be rectified immediately it is ruining the game 

It is unbelievable how EA has completely ignored this year after year. Pitch wear is ruining the game in career mode, isn’t it so obvious for the devs to see. How hard can it be to add the option of turning it on and off in career mode.

This level of negligence from EA is so annoying. Football clubs spend a lot of money to take care of their pitch, it does not look the way EA displays it after a few games in career mode, completely unrealistic and makes the game hard on the eye. However, i do not expect any changes to be made from EA, they have also failed to add something as simple as grip and cut socks, so it is very typical of them.

Same bug in every years release, pitches are brown after 10 games… by the end of the season they are unrecognisable as grass. 

This bug doesn’t affect Real Madrid as their pitch stays immaculate all year… all other teams I have played with have the bug. 

Completely agreed it is nothing short of a disaster never once was an issue on any fifa on the ps4 or ps3 but here we are in 2025 with the stupidest bug of all time how this hasn’t been rectified for years now is a disgrace it ruins career mode

Also how has the rain feature been so bad the past 2 years it is way too dramatic the ball dosent struggle to move that much when it rains in real life 

Please, create a feature to remove pitch wear in Career Mode. How many years has it been? Why is there never any feedback when this topic comes up? Who in the world, among football fans, likes watching Champions League matches on a pitch that's completely damaged? It's such a technically simple task. Lazy and clueless developers.
