Player Career Teammates stealing my ball

i think my teammates just hate me. i get the ball, i run, and then one of my teammatates get in front of me and use my ball to shoot and miss. sometimes im in a really good position and i ask for a pass. they almost never pass. instead they would pass other teammates(even backwards).
