Subject: Missing and Incorrect Player Data – LDU Quito & Haiti National Team

Hello EA Support,

I’m writing to report two important issues regarding Haitian players in the game. These inaccuracies affect realism and proper player representation, and I kindly request that they be corrected as soon as possible.

1. Josué Casimir Listed as French Instead of Haitian

Josué Casimir recently qualified for the World Cup with the Haiti national team. He is a starter and one of the most important players for Haiti.
However, in the game, he is listed as a French player.
This is incorrect and does not reflect his current international status.

Please update his nationality to Haitian.

2. Ricardo Adé Missing From Ultimate Team

Ricardo Adé is a major figure in Haitian football. He is:

A key defender for the Haiti national team
The captain and star center-back of Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito (LDU Quito)
A leader of a club already included in the game
A player who exists in the game’s database but is inexplicably missing from Ultimate Team

It makes no sense that the captain of a club present in the game is absent from Ultimate Team despite being in the game's database.
His absence removes realism and limits the representation of Haitian football in the game’s most popular mode.

Please add Ricardo Adé to Ultimate Team as soon as possible.
