Introduce a controlled loan marketplace where players can rent untradeable versions of elite cards for a limited time or number of matches, funded by coins. Owners can list their cards for rental, while EA takes a transaction tax as a coin sink.
Rentals would be restricted from high-stakes competitive modes to preserve balance.
This system increases engagement, creates a strong coin sink, allows players to try elite cards before committing to packs, and extends the relevance of rare cards throughout the game cycle.
