EA SPORTS FC™ TeamI have been experiencing a major visual bug in FC 26 on PlayStation 5 for the past 4 months. During matches, all players (both my team and the opponent) appear completely white, with no textures, kits, or details visible.
The player models load as plain white silhouettes, while only minimal elements like hair or indicators sometimes appear. This makes the game extremely difficult to play and breaks immersion entirely.

I suggest you post it in the bug section
Also, try to send the report with as many details as possible, along with the steps you followed to reproduce the bug.
I've already done what you suggested. I clearly stated this in the Report Bug section, but I haven't received a response yet. I've been experiencing this problem for months. To fix this issue on my Playstation 5, I previously uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing changed. Both my Playstation and the game are the latest versions, but the problem persists. Because of this issue, I haven't been able to play FC26 almost since the day I bought the game. If this problem isn't resolved, I request a refund.

If you already reported it there, it has likely already been sent to the team in charge, but just to be on the safe side i sent a new report as a special case.
If you have any additional info that might help us reproduce the issue (for example, the precise steps you took before entering the game) , it would be greatly appreciated.
