Players & Teams feedback Megathread

Dear EA FC Team,

We are players from Turkey who buy and play your game despite difficult economic conditions. Although our country may appear prosperous from the outside, the purchasing power of many people here is unfortunately quite low. Even so, we continue to support your games because we genuinely enjoy playing them.

For this reason, I kindly ask you to take the following feedback seriously and consider it carefully.

My friends and I mainly play Clubs Rush, and we truly enjoy the mode. However, some matchmaking issues and bugs can become so frustrating that they sometimes make us consider uninstalling the game.

Our biggest concern is the matchmaking system in Clubs Rush. We usually enter matches as a full team consisting of four outfield players and one goalkeeper. However, our opponents are very often teams with only two or three players. This significantly reduces the enjoyment and competitiveness of the matches.

We would like to understand why the matchmaking system cannot prioritize matching full teams against full teams, three-player teams against three-player teams, and two-player teams against two-player teams. This does not seem like an impossible task, especially considering that many other online games handle matchmaking in a much more balanced and consistent way.

I would also like to mention a bug related to the Turkish national team kit. As Turkish players, we were very happy to finally receive the Turkey national team kit after it was added to the game. Unfortunately, there is currently a bug affecting it. We can play one match using the Turkey kit without any issues, but when we proceed to the next match, the kit suddenly changes into a strange white-grey uniform. The only way to fix it is to completely restart the game before playing again.

We sincerely hope that you will take these concerns into consideration and work on improving these issues. We enjoy your games, and we want to continue purchasing and supporting them in the future. As loyal customers, we hope that our feedback is valued and that our opinions can help improve the overall experience for everyone.
