Please Ban Bots for the Sake of the Players

Hi, I’m a PC player on the East Asia server. I’ve always enjoyed playing this game, but lately, I haven’t been able to even start a match in FUT Champions because of bots.

These bots constantly dodge real players and quit at the preparation screen just to match with other bots. In the last 30 minutes alone, 29 matches were canceled and I couldn't play a single game.

While I recognize that bot accounts are part of the player base, allowing them to disrupt the gaming environment for regular players is unacceptable. I strongly urge you to implement sanctions or penalties for intentionally leaving the matchmaking screen.
