I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share that I, along with many other players, unfortunately missed the recent glitch event because it happened during our sleeping hours.

We understand that these situations can happen, but it put us at a disadvantage compared to players who were able to benefit from it. It would mean a lot if you could consider providing some form of balanced compensation to those who missed out.

We truly enjoy the game and appreciate your efforts, and we would be very thankful for any fair solution you can offer.
