Settings keep resetting

I had this earlier and i remove my game data from local and personal settings as well and it ran for two days without issue . Now i everytime reboot and wanna play game the settings keeps changing i dont know why this guys are not solving this , i have been figting with settings rather than was able to enjoy the game. If this issue persist i will force to make a refund for this game . Also i dont know why sometime authentic gameplay feels too fast sometimes too slow WTF is wrong with the settings feels like the type was changed to custom and suddenly acceleration was increased .

seriously i am going to ask refund for this if this happens for one single week.
