SLOW-MOTION PLAYBACK PROBLEM IN FC 26 GAME

Hello, I bought FC26 from Steam, but no matter how much I increase or decrease the graphics settings, the game always plays in slow motion. Even lowering the graphics causes extra lag. I get 120 FPS on high graphics settings, but it still plays in slow motion. I can't move when I'm online. Only when I lower the game's FPS to 30 does the slow motion problem disappear, but even then the game is unplayable. I bought FC25, 24, and 23 before and had no problems, but I'm experiencing this issue with FC26. I've tried everything, but the problem doesn't seem to be resolved. I wanted to get a refund, but Steam says refunds aren't possible after more than two hours of gameplay. I spent the entire game trying to fix it. I'm trying to reach Steam support for a refund, but they just send automated messages and don't seem to care much. Can you please help me?
