Smarter loan system

In Manager Career: 

Loaned players often spend the whole season on the bench, and recalling them is the only options we have. 

Ironically, if we don’t give enough playing time to a player we’ve loaned in, their parent club contacts us and asks us to play them—but we can’t do the same when our own players are out on loan.

Suggestion: Add a “Contact Club” option that lets us ask the receiving club to give our loaned player more playing time before deciding to recall them. This would make the loan system feel much more realistic and balanced.
