Hi EA team, just a suggestion: why not create a thread or post acknowledging that there are issues with the allocation of the pre-order rewards, providing details on the problems identified and clarifying that you are working to resolve them in a timely manner? This would help reassure the community who purchased the Ultimate Edition and are feeling frustrated at the moment.
