Suggestions for FC27

Hi Team,

I’ve been playing Manager Career for many years, and I’d like to share a few suggestions that I truly believe would make the mode much more realistic, immersive, and enjoyable. Most of these are simple quality-of-life improvements that shouldn’t require major changes, but they could have a big impact on the overall Career Mode experience.

• Advanced Transfer Search: Let us search players by specific attributes (Sprint Speed, Strength, Shot Power, etc.) using detailed filters or sliders in the Transfer Hub.
• Better Quick Substitutions: Keep the recommended player coming off, but let us quickly choose any bench player as the replacement without pausing. Also, recommend substitutions based on poor performance, not just fatigue or yellow cards.
• Previous Match History: Before matches, show the last three meetings between the teams, including scores, goalscorers, and key stats. During the match, commentators should reference those previous meetings instead of repeating generic lines like “they have a good record” or “they have bad memories.”
• More Match Statistics: Show much more statistical and historical data before and during matches to make Career Mode feel alive and connected throughout the season.
• Young Player of the Season: Along with the Player of the Season award, add a Young Player of the Season award to reward youth development.
• Goal Celebrations: The celebrations feel outdated and repetitive. Please improve the animations and, most importantly, let us skip the celebration without skipping the goal replay.
• More Realistic Injuries: Show the medical team entering the field and taking injured players off on a stretcher when appropriate. If all five substitutions have been used, an injured player who can’t continue should leave the field, forcing the team to play with 10 men.
• Create Your Own League: We can create clubs, but not leagues. A Create-a-League mode with customizable teams and competition formats would add a lot of replay value.
• Man-to-Man Marking: Add a tactical option to assign one of our players to closely mark a specific opponent, such as the opposition’s star player.
• VAR & Referees: Add VAR for key decisions (offsides, penalties, red cards, simulation) and give referees more presence, ideally using their real names and faces where possible.
