Terrible gameplay

I have spent so much money on this game i pre ordered this game I brought multiple fc points and I am so dissapointed waste of good money im not progressing in Division rivals thanks to the stupid defending my.defenders are so slow.like they are snails every turn change direction sprinting all so slow my players are not trying to.win the ball back at all players switch is not working properly often it's slow and doesn't switch to intended player also the skill moves are being performed very slow delay input with everything i mean how am I supposed to play when everything is delayed the game is impossible in this state after all the money I spent on this game the  only rewards are some of the worst gameplay ever made the packs are so bad I have brought multiple boo packs and they were all crap there is literally no rewards to play and packs are not good and the gameplay is just as bad honestly feel like just quitting the game permanently when I hold down sprint I expect my players to sprint straight away not 2 or 3 seconds later im sick of my players unable to do pysical challenges when I perfom skill moves I expect it to happen fast staightaway not 2 or 3 seconds later when I shoot I expect it straight away not delayed my defenders don't block opponents shots the ai is constantly dragging my defenders out of position this game is making no sense I'm getting sick.and tired of this game EA please fix input delay in  gameplay because it's ruining the game even in the menu the lag is bad when scrolling through the season pass the screen is just slow delay in the menu delay in the gameplay whay actually am I paying for really?
