The shoot and pass button don’t work on time consistently

It’s been a week now I’m noticing in Ultimate team that so many situations during the game the shoot button or pass button doesn’t work . It’s not controller issue because I changed controllers and it’s the same . And it’s crucial because so many one on one situations with the goalkeeper and the player doesn’t shoot or it shoots super late , or the passes doesn’t work neither on time and when to press again the passes doesn’t button in other direction it works and then I loose my momentum of the attack . About passes I would say 50% of them doesn’t go where I want it to go or to the player I want despite I checked and rechecked again my passing and shooting settings and everything is fine like it used to be . And I’m loosing so many matches because of that and I can’t progress further in division rivals o champions or any competitive mode. This is extremely frustrating and we want to enjoy the game and we want to apply our tactics but I am prevented to do that recently . PLEASE FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
