Too many promos

As a newer player to ultimate team, i feel like the number of promos is a bit overwhelming. We get one like every other week so each one feels less special. From the perspective of a new player, I would rather that the dev and promo teams focus on producing quality content over a quantity of buggy mid-level content. Having a new promo maybe just once every 6 weeks with a new team of cards introduced every other week would make acquisition of these cards feel more special . Meanwhile, a lot of bugs like disconnection exploits and rainbow flick headers take WEEKS to fix despite them being game-breaking.
