I bought the toty edition and packed a gold yamal and russo, so messaged EA support only to be told that you cant pack the toty veraions from the pack this is a clear scam as this is never stated explicitly.
I argued other packs in store state you can pack rare gold players but you still get the special version of the card they never state this is gold only explictly and is misleading consumers.
Is there anything I can do

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with this Gold pack! It is TOTY nominees, but in their gold versions. Basically, you would have liked a better visual separation between packs with Gold items of TOTY players vs. packs with TOTY items of TOTY players, correct?
