It sounds like our Terms of Service team has taken a look into a ban or suspension for you and confirmed the ban is remaining in place.
If you believe there was a mix-up, you can create a new appeal for a second review. You can do this using the same steps as before. I'd recommend reading our EA Help guide too on bans, as it includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal it that may help.
