Transfer Market restriction after TOTS sales - need help getting a real review

Hey everyone,

I’ve been playing FC free-to-play for almost two years and recently got hit with a Transfer Market restriction for coin distribution, which I never did.

I trade normally, listing players 10-20% above market price. During the La Liga TOTS period some sales went higher than expected due to market volatility and evo speculation. I had no control over what buyers paid on a public listing.

I’ve submitted multiple appeals and keep getting the exact same automated rejection every time. No explanation, no specific transaction flagged, nothing. As a free-to-play player this basically breaks the game for me. Tradable pack rewards, duplicates, SBC fodder all stuck. Can’t improve my team at all.

Has anyone here managed to get an actual manual review from the TOS team? Did you use live chat, a specific appeal format, or something else?

If any EA staff sees this, I would genuinely appreciate an escalation or guidance on how to reach someone who can look at my full transfer history rather than an automated system.
