Two-Player Player Career Mode with Separate Created Players

I would love to see an option in Player Career where two people can each control their own created player within the same career save.

Both players could start at the same club or at different clubs, but each career should progress independently. This means each player has their own stats, growth, contracts, transfers, achievements, and career path.

If both players are on the same team, they should be able to play matches together, with each person controlling only their own created player while the rest of the team is controlled by the AI. If they play for different clubs, they should be able to face each other whenever their teams meet.

This feature would make Player Career much more enjoyable for friends, siblings, or anyone who wants to experience a shared football journey while still building their own unique career.
