Ultimate Challenge Difficulty

Ok, this has been ignored and I will write yet another post about how difficult the weekly Ultimate Challenge is. 
This time again I lost 1-7. This is even after Crouch in the Glorious Era team red carded we out in the first 3 minutes. The one goal I was able to make was from being fouled so badly in the 2nd half I was awarded a penalty. So even with more players I still lost by six point. I follow everyone’s examples of not rushing or trying to use tricks because the game play changes severely when you do that. I had a 5-2–3 formations with my best defenders and still Torres scored 5 goals. 
What’s the point of this? Why even grind to do it? Every time I try to see if it has improved. Never. I’ve never once won the Ultimate Challenge. 2 years of trying. Just a waste of my time.
