Unplayable game

I have lost on champions again and again, I’m not a quality player by any stretch but I at least would like to earn rewards like everyone else. How can I get the best players on my team if I can’t win against the broken AI defending system or breakdown a defence? There is no joy in losing 90% of matches online and EA just don’t care about how frustrating and horrible it is to even try. I’m losing all faith in this broken system and am seriously considering just getting rid of this game altogether.
