Constant Graphics Issues - PS5 Pro

This might not be unique to PS5 Pro, but you would expect better on modern gen hardware. I feel the game suffers from persistent graphics issues that ruins the overall quality. The below are constantly noticeable and never seem to get fixed in any of the patch updates despite feedback, they have persisted all year!

• Day time matches suffer from motion blur when players celebrate a goal or when you see replays, you see a blurry halo around the players arms/body and also the ball when in motion. The lighting is also really bad with washed out colours or overly dark shadows. No point improving graphics if it creates all this blurry noise.
• When a last minute goal is scored and as the ball crosses the line it triggers the cut scene celebration but the goal net and ball suffers from a visible stutter / frame skips (you can see it in all replays too). This makes the goal net motion and joy of scoring look rough.
• The pitch grass, goal net and stadium artefacts have a flickering shimmering effect - not sure if this is lack of PSSR optimisation but it needs fixing.

I've tried different settings / screens but none of this gets resolved. The night time matches and Rush seem to be the only modes that actually run smoothly and look impressive. The game engine seems to really suffer with day matches and all this dynamic lighting which is a real shame. Surely it's better to make the base game look and run great than add all these extra features that causes the game engine to struggle? Anybody else noticing these?
