Weekly objectives SP

Ea are useless i have reported that the weekly objectives for SP are not refreshing multiple times all they do is close my case I have now missed out on thousands of SP for the season ladder how can this not be fixed.

My objectives after I completed them when i started the game are now always showing as complete and will not refresh i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game I have also renewed the license but nothing is working this happen on FC25 but was fixed straight away why has this not been fixed on FC26 yet as there are multiple reports of people having the same issue and cases being closed but not resolved
