Why do i move like a tank?

This game is completely unplayable. The slowness and delay that is going on it just comical. How are they not embarrassed about putting a game out like this and why are people still playing this game. It cant just be me that feels this delay and sluggishness in game. Impossible to play let alone try and get any enjoyment out of it. 

Also squad battles has become unbearable. I feel like the people who work on this game dont actually play the game, its the only thing that makes sense.
