Women’s Career Mode – UEFA Women’s Champions League qualification is static

I would like to report a major design issue in Women’s Manager Career Mode in EA Sports FC 26.

In the women’s career mode, the UEFA Women’s Champions League uses the same clubs every season, regardless of league results or final standings.

This means that:

• Finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the league has no impact on European qualification
• Clubs that perform poorly still qualify every year
• Long-term progression and realism are severely affected

In men’s career mode, European competitions are dynamically calculated based on league positions. Unfortunately, this logic does not exist in women’s career mode, which creates a clear inconsistency between the two experiences.

This is not a minor issue:

• It removes immersion
• It reduces motivation to play multiple seasons
• It makes domestic leagues feel disconnected from European competition

Expected behavior:

Qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League should be based on league standings, just like in men’s career mode.

Even a simplified qualification system would be preferable to a fully static competition.

I hope this feedback can be shared with the development team, as improving women’s career mode is essential for long-term player engagement.
