Worst customer care I have ever witnessed

I have had my EA account for many years and played many EA games but recently I received a ban on fut because my account was hacked and the sold all my sellable players. So I have lost the team I played many hours to create a competitive team. I don't even want my players back or the coins I have lost I don't mind playing  to earn them again. I am trying to do the appeal process one department will send me coins I have lost and given me coins for the players I have lost but the appeal department are just declining my appeal how can one give me stuff back and the other just refuse you with out talking to you I don't understand it
