You can always reach out to our terms of service team to raise another dispute, but if they've decided that the ban was justified then I'm afraid there's nothing else we can recommend here on the forums.
your terms of service team is just ai not actual person as reached out to me to discus my issue. You guys should class it as a “team” if real people are not/rarely involved
