Youth Academy scouts

In Manager Career Mode, the Youth Academy scouting system should generate more physically appropriate players based on the role being scouted. For example, when scouting for a striker with the Target Forward role, the role description highlights attributes such as strength and heading, which naturally suggests that these players should more often be taller. However, in my experience, the vast majority of generated target forwards are relatively short.

I have tested this repeatedly by saving before the scouting report is generated, checking the results, and reloading multiple times to compare different outcomes. Even after many attempts, it is extremely rare to receive a genuinely tall target forward. It would improve realism if the Youth Academy generation system gave a much higher chance of producing taller strikers when scouting specifically for the Target Forward role, so the generated players better match the role description and expected playing style.
