%80 Sharpness Bug in Career Mode

I’m running into %80 sharpness issue. It’s completely stuck at 80 for every player no matter what I do. I’ve tried everything: heavy/intense training, full match playtime, rotating squads, even changing Tactical Vision and staff setup. Nothing moves the sharpness bar past 80. It feels like there’s some kind of hard cap or progression bug in Manager Career. 

What’s weird is that sharpness still drops normally after rest weeks or simmed games, but it never increases again once it hits 80. Hopefully EA patches it soon, because it really kills game, I'm planning to uninstall.
