[CMS Story] AFC AJAX Ambitious Again!
Daniel Marzec at it again in this Career Mode Story with AFC Ajax from Amsterdam. The 'Manager Story Man' takes over the reigns from Francesco Farioli who, despite losing the title (giving away a nine point lead in the final five games of the season), did bring Ajax back in UEFA Champions League. Farioli wanted to continue, but on his own terms and that was incompatible with the Ajax culture that emphasizes home-grown talent and the attractive and attacking concept of total football. Thus, Farioli departed. Club management are putting their jobs on the line and their future in the hands of the unexperienced manager Daniel Marzec, who is expected to at least do as well as his predecessor: qualifying for UEFA Champions League and decent runs in Europe and in the Cup.

FC26 really needs to have real scoreboards. The people who play for FC26 want to see their scores, on scoreboards. FC26 should get real scoreboards so the players can see how they are doing during the game. One of the things about football games is that they can really draw you in and make you feel like you are part of the game.. For me something is missing when I am playing in these huge tournaments. I see the same old overlay on the screen every single time. Football games should be exciting and football games should be realistic. The overlay, in football games is just not good enough. The FA Cup and other competitions, such as the A-League and domestic cups have cool scoreboards on television that make them special and exciting. When you start playing an FA Cup match in FC26 it should feel like you are actually in the FA Cup. The FA Cup should have its unique feel, not just the same old thing, with the same user interface that is used for every other game. The FA Cup is the FA Cup. It should look and feel like the FA Cup. Scoreboards are not something that looks nice. They really help make the game feel real. They make the matches stick in your head. They give each competition its own special feel. FC already spends a lot of time making sure the stadiums, the kits (except for sponsorships) and the way the game is presented look great. The Football League scoreboards should be a part of that too. The FC26 scoreboards are important because they make the game feel more real. That is what the Football Club is going for. If FC26 wants to push immersion forward, competition-specific scoreboards need to be a priority. Small detail, huge impact.
FC 26 Career Mode - not loading saves
I go through the terrible new UI for entering manager career mode, and I navigate carefully to the load save option (instead of it just being like last year on the front page which was way easier to use might I add). Then I go to the save I want to use, and I get stuck on a blank screen where I cannot select anything or exit or anything, I have to close the game down. Please fix this as it is atrocious and completely unacceptable.

Thankyou EA for not allowing me to select my career mode anymore, No matter what i select it just takes me to the Live Start point. Even though the career mode is clearly there when hovering over "Manager Career" and scrolling but there is no option anywhere anymore to select it Previous way of doing it was: Manager Career -> Original -> Scroll to Manager Career and select the save you had No longer works and just takes you to the useless live start point
FC26 Player Career Mode - Allow Mid Season Transfer / Edit Player
HI , Please Allow Mid Season Transfer Through The Player Career Season , Which We Can Experience In Changing Club Mid Season Like Real Time League Season & Allow Us to Edit Our Player such as change Nationality , Height , Name etc Thank YouCan't sign players on pre-contract agreements
Does anyone else suffer with this issue? Trying to approach players who's contracts are up for expiry in January. Expect to see the option approach to sign, but no option is available? Just buy or loan? This happened to me in FC2025 too, i don't understand why this option isn't available again. For lower teams with small budgets relying on free transfers is key to bring in any players of real potential or value, thus selling and making profit if a big offer comes in which then can be reinvested in the squad. Just find it really frustrating this issue remains from FC25. Any ideas how to fix this or ways around this issue? I've informed EA but from the looks of it just don't give a **bleep** when it comes to playing in career mode. I only really play it for the career mode, and just seems to get massively neglected now due to Ultimate team. Hope these Saudi's who are meant to be buying EA out sort it out and massively revamp the whole franchise.
Suggestions
My suggestions that would seriously improve the game: Cut-off socks should be added to all modes. Almost all footballers wear white socks with cut-off cuffs; using this style in the game is something all players want. Dual hair colors should be added. Hair should be brown with ends in various colors like blonde, white, and blue. Dual hair colors would seriously attract attention and generate interest in the game. Every football boot should be available in every mode. There are boots available in career mode but not in online mode; I think all boots should be available in every mode. Note: They must be in all modes. It's really absurd to have them in one mode but not another. Please add them to all modes, both online and offline.
