Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. What is happening exactly? Are you disconnecting from matches or is your game crashing?
The game crashes. In whatever game mode I'm in. The game ask me if I want to report the problem. But what's the problem
I tried to delete the game and install it again. but it still happen

Are you playing on PC, Xbox or PS? Can you get me a screenshot of the error message?
Have you tried creating a new squad and using it instead?
